I love complex challenges and finding undiscovered paths. Driven by my innate curiosity, I built up fourteen years of experience with continuous improvement and quality assurance. Most of that time, I spent up experimenting forward to climb up that ladder – learning by doing. My ability to think quickly and multidimensionally was indeed a part of my journey.
I’m humble, self-taught, reflective and don’t pretend to know it all. I avoid short-sighted plans and like to go where work is done to extend my and others thresholds of knowledge.
People first is one of my principles. I believe that only if we rapidly extend problem-solving capabilities and turn those into a critical mass, humans will be able to innovate and continuously improve every day.
What drives me now are the challenges that tend to emerge with the climate crisis. Therefore, I support companies and people to build up the necessary capabilities to survive and thereby contribute to the sustainability of our habitat.
Monotony puts creativity on hold; therefore, I maintain a certain level of irritation and prefer a good argument over one-dimensional discussions. The former helps to extend valuable new knowledge; the latter leads to wasteful fragmentation.
